Everything you need to know about how we ship physical orders — domestic and international.

Shipping Carrier
We use multiple shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier availability may vary based on season, rates, and service options. Some carriers may be temporarily unavailable but could return later. At checkout, you’ll be able to choose from the shipping options currently available.
Processing Times
Orders placed Mon–Thu process within 1–3 business days. Orders placed Fri–Sun process the following Monday or next business day. Processing time does not include transit time.
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days after your order ships. Rates calculated at checkout based on address and weight. Confirmation email with tracking sent once shipped. No tracking within 5 business days → check spam, then email contact@nursingschooljewels.com.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. Rates and delivery times vary by destination, calculated at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's responsibility and not included in shipping rates. NSJ is not responsible for customs delays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
⚠️ International customers MUST select International Shipping at checkout. Orders placed from outside the US without this selected will be cancelled and refunded.
All three reference cards (Lab Values, Head-to-Toe Assessment, EKG) ship free through our Etsy shop.
Free Shipping on Reference Cards
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. Packages can be tracked directly through the carrier listed in your shipping confirmation. Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, NSJ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for delivery updates or claims.
Order Tracking
Digital downloads and NNA memberships deliver electronically — not subject to shipping. Downloads available immediately. NNA access granted within 24 hours.
