All three plans (Quiz Bank, Virtual Hospital Access+, Ultimate Newbie) covered. 30 days counts from purchase date, not first login. Email nursingnewbie@nursingschooljewels.com with name + order number. Refunds processed within 3–5 business days to original payment method.
Physical Products (Notebooks & Reference Cards)
Returnable within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Email contact@nursingschooljewels.com with order number and reason. Return shipping cost is customer's responsibility unless item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Technical access issues — contact us, we'll resolve promptly.
Exchanges
Physical products exchangeable within 30 days if unused/original condition. Email to start an exchange — wrong notebook, different card color, etc.
Digital Downloads
⚠️ Non-refundable
Email within 7 days of delivery with photo + order number. We send a replacement or full refund at no cost — no return required for damaged items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Physical components of a bundle follow the physical product policy. Digital components are non-refundable once accessed.
Bundle Orders
30-day guarantee and return policy apply regardless of payment method. Refunds return to original payment account; processing time may vary by provider.
